Government Contracting Resources, Inc. Announces Merger With Eastern Facility Support Services
VIERA, FLORIDA, November 4, 2008 - Government Contracting Resources (GCR), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has merged with Eastern Facility Support Services, Inc. of Pinehurst, North Carolina. The combined company now represents the nation's premier SDVOSB contractor providing facilities maintenance and logistics management support services in the federal market.
With consolidated revenues approaching $28.0 million and project locations nationwide, the new GCR Inc. now supports the broadest possible spectrum of federal agencies and service offerings to include: Base Operation Support Services (BOSS), stand-alone Facility Management and Maintenance, Transportation/Vehicle Operation and Maintenance Services, Supply/Logistics and Warehouse Management.
